Introducing AutoMend: your sites fix themselves
Today we are launching AutoMend — the first monitoring platform that detects outages and remediates them automatically, without a human in the loop.
AutoMend was born from a simple observation: every DevOps team we know is tired of being woken up at 3 AM for the same handful of recurring incidents. The same restart-the-service, the same cache purge, the same rollback. We figured out how to teach an agent to recognize those patterns — and to act on them, safely, while logging every step for audit.
The platform has three pillars. First, intelligent detection: AutoMend watches your traffic, response times, and error rates across every endpoint, every second. Second, a confidence-scored remediation engine that runs a recorded playbook when it is sure of the fix — and stops short, writes an audit row, and notifies a human when it isn't. Third, a unified dashboard that shows you what happened, why, and what was done.
We are starting with three signal classes — HTTP 5xx, broken assets, and slow responses — and three matching playbook families. Over the next few months we will expand both. If your team has a remediation we should automate next, write to us. We are reading every email.
